Return Policy

Before any goods can be returned, please call for a return authorization number.  Please ensure to state the reason for return.  Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from receipt date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

They include but are not limited to fall protection and work positioning components, life supporting gear, sale or clearance items, special order/ non stock items, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items such as disposable or reusable respirators, bug spray, sunscreen lotion, hand sanitizer, first aid kits and first aid products and electrolyte replacement drinks.

Proof of Purchase

We require a copy of the original receipt in order to process a return.  Any funds provided will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.

Over the Counter Returns and Exchanges

Please note that many of the manufacturers whose products we carry require us to return the product to them for evaluation prior to giving us the authorization to provide a credit or warranty replacement.

For those items that need to be send to manufacturer’s for evaluation, we do not accept any responsibilities as far as replacements is concerned and the return will be only honored to the customer once  the manufacturer accepted the return.

 Immediate over the counter returns and exchanges under warranty are therefore not always available.
